PUAC can be used in both informal and formal contexts where staff can share together in group discussions, considering the support of wellbeing for older people in their care.

PUAC will offer the opportunity for a developed understanding of the experiences and views of service users to a team who are integral to the creation of truly person-centred experiences for those in care settings. 

 

Front-line staff – working in a variety of care settings.

 

PUAC will provide an opportunity for staff to reflect on their own experiences of caring for older people wherever they are working, this could include community groups, day centres and low level services
