The Leaf Foundation tools have been designed from the grass roots up across multiple partnerships, to ensure that organisations can support and upskill staff and volunteers as they work with older people to effect positive outcomes for older people, whilst also offering assurance to commissioning bodies and project teams that interventions are effective.
