LEAF7 Reporting can be delivered from varying sources of data. All solutions enable clients to present their data in easy to read charts, bringing together quality of life outcome measures with interventions and key indicators.

 

Supported by the Leaf Foundation team three data reporting options are available:

 

 

1.Client data is sourced from an existing CRM or database and matched to the LEAF-7 outcomes recording framework, from this framework standardized charts  are produced that enable easy viewing in changes of outcomes between initial, interim and final assessments.

2.Where no pre-existing data system is in existence an independent system can be established that will enable organizations  new to data reporting, or  organizations wanting to report in isolation on  individual projects, to report quality of life assessment results against a number of indicators, such as age, gender, Frailty etc. From this framework standardized charts  are produced that enable easy viewing in changes of outcomes between initial, interim and final assessments.
